Which cosmetic jar suits your product?
Glass Cosmetic Jars: 5g to 300g (11 sizes), in amber, black or clear, with a frosted, glossy or matte finish. For premium creams, balms and masks.
Plastic Cosmetic Jars: 15g to 250g (8 sizes), in 7 colours including clear, black and pearl white, with a frosted or glossy finish. For everyday creams, gels, scrubs and body butters.
Acrylic Jars: 30g and 50g, in gold, silver or white with a glossy finish. For face creams where presentation matters.
Aluminium Jars (tins): 10g to 150g (6 sizes), in black, gold, silver or white, with a glossy or matte finish. For balms, waxes, creams and solid products.
5ml Plastic Chinese Jars: 5ml plastic jars for samples and testers.
All jars have screw caps. Glass feels premium and heavier; plastic is lighter and better for travel and shipping; acrylic gives a glassy look at a lower weight; aluminium tins suit solid products. Thinner products such as lotions and serums are easier to use from a bottle with a pump or dropper: see Pumps & Caps and Glass Dropper Bottles.
Where to buy cosmetic jars in Sri Lanka
Snak Holdings manufactures and supplies packaging from its shop at 24, Madampitiya Road, Colombo 01500, open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5.30pm (closed on Sunday). The shop range is wider than what is shown online, and there is no minimum order on any standard item, so you can buy a few jars to test a product or wholesale quantities for a launch. You can mix and match jars, lids, colours and finishes from the standard range; logo printing and fully custom OEM packaging are available on request.
