Bottle Printing and Foil Stamping in Sri Lanka

Put your brand directly on the bottle. Snak Holdings prints and decorates plastic and glass bottles and jars for cosmetic, perfume, personal care and pharmaceutical brands in Sri Lanka, so your packaging looks finished without a separate sticker label.

We offer two decoration services: screen printing for logos, text and artwork in one or more colours, and foil stamping for a metallic finish. Because we also supply the bottles and jars, you can choose your packaging and its decoration in one place.

At a glance

  • Services: screen printing (single or multi-colour) and foil stamping.
  • Materials: suitable PET, HDPE and PP plastic, and glass bottles and jars.
  • Recommended quantity: from about 500 pieces, because setup costs for printing are high.
  • Artwork: send your design as a PDF.
  • Start: message us on WhatsApp with your bottle, artwork and quantity.

1. Screen printing

Screen printing applies ink directly to the surface of the bottle or jar. It is used for brand names, logos, product names, directions and other artwork, and the print becomes part of the pack rather than a label that can peel or lift.

  • Single colour: a clean, minimal look, for example a white logo on an amber bottle or black text on a frosted jar.
  • Multi-colour: custom colour combinations to match your brand artwork, subject to the design and production requirements.
  • Ink chosen for the material: plastic and glass need different inks and surface preparation, so we select them to suit the bottle you choose.

2. Foil stamping

Foil stamping transfers a thin metallic foil onto the pack to create a bright, metallic finish. It is a popular choice for premium skincare, cosmetics and perfume, where a metallic logo, border or detail lifts the whole range.

Foil can be used on its own or combined with screen printing, for example a printed product name with a foil-stamped logo. Whether foil suits your design depends on the packaging material, its surface and the artwork, so we confirm this before production.

Packaging we print on

We print on suitable PET, HDPE and PP plastic packaging and on glass bottles and jars, in a range of shapes and sizes. Whether a particular bottle can be printed depends on its material, surface and shape and on the process you choose, so we check each design before production.

You can choose your packaging from our ranges of Cosmetic Bottles, Glass Dropper Bottles, Cosmetic Jars and Perfume Bottles. The full range in our shop is wider than what is shown online.

How to order printed packaging

  1. Choose your packaging: pick a bottle or jar from our range, or tell us what you need.
  2. Send your artwork as a PDF: include your logo and text, the colours you want, and where the print should sit on the pack.
  3. Confirm the details: we advise on screen printing, foil stamping or both, check that the design suits the material, and confirm colours, position and quantity.
  4. Production: once you approve, your printed packaging goes into production.

Printing is recommended from about 500 pieces because setup costs are high. If you need fewer, you can start with standard bottles and jars, which have no minimum order quantity, and move to printed packaging as your sales grow.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum quantity for printed bottles?

We recommend printing from about 500 pieces, because the setup costs for printing are high. For smaller quantities, start with standard bottles and jars, which have no minimum order quantity.

What file format should my artwork be in?

Please send your artwork as a PDF. Include your logo, text, colours and the position of the print on the pack.

Can you print on both plastic and glass?

Yes. We print on suitable PET, HDPE and PP plastic and on glass bottles and jars. The ink and surface preparation are chosen to suit the material, and we confirm each design before production.

Can I print in more than one colour?

Yes. Screen printing is available in single colour or multi-colour, with custom colours to match your brand artwork, subject to the design and production requirements.

Should I choose screen printing or foil stamping?

Screen printing suits logos, text and full artwork in solid colours. Foil stamping adds a metallic finish for premium details. Many brands combine both. Send us your artwork and we will advise.
