Product Overview
The Pneumatic Heated and Mixing Paste and Liquid Filling Machine combines accurate volumetric piston filling with a heated hopper and a built-in mixer. Products that thicken or set as they cool, such as body butters, balms, chocolate or heavy creams, stay warm, smooth and evenly mixed from the first container to the last.
The 40-litre hopper has digital temperature control and a mixer with adjustable speed, and the filling range can be customized to 10–100 ml, 50–500 ml or 100–1000 ml.

Why Heating and Mixing Matter
Many cosmetic products become thick or hard to fill at room temperature, and some separate if left standing. Keeping the product at a controlled temperature improves flow and fill consistency, while continuous mixing keeps the batch homogeneous so every jar has the same texture.
