Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern use of snakholdings.lk and purchases from SNAK Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. Please review product details and order terms before paying. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Sri Lankan law.
Products, Specifications and Quotations
We supply packaging products and related services. Website images and descriptions are indicative; customers should verify product details, sizes, colours, quantities, specifications and suitability before confirming an order. A quotation request is not itself a confirmed order. Prices, stock, quantities and any customization requirements are subject to confirmation. Minimum order quantities may vary by product.
Payment Terms
Full advance payment: Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless alternative credit terms have been approved by SNAK Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. We accept bank deposits and cash. Customers should retain receipts or other proof of payment. Orders will be processed for dispatch once payment has been confirmed, unless approved credit terms apply.
Delivery Options
Available options include courier service, PickMe delivery where available, transport service, bus parcel service where available, and customer collection from our premises by arrangement. We arrange delivery across Sri Lanka through available services. Delivery charges, availability and estimated times vary by destination and selected method. See our Shipping Details page.
Cancellation After Payment
Paid orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled. Once payment has been made and confirmed, we do not accept cancellation requests for change of mind, incorrect product selection or other customer-related reasons. Customers must verify all order details before payment. This rule is subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and any mandatory cancellation rights.
Refund Policy
Payments are generally non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, customer ordering errors or customer-requested changes after payment. This policy does not prevent a refund or other remedy where required by applicable law, including in appropriate cases involving defective, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
Exchanges and Changes After Receipt
We do not ordinarily accept exchanges or changes once products have been received. This applies to customer preferences or ordering errors and does not affect legal rights regarding defects, incorrect items or other circumstances where a remedy is legally required.
Product Inspection and Reporting
Customers should inspect goods immediately upon receipt and report shortages, incorrect items or visible product defects as soon as possible. Please provide photographs, the order reference and a description of the issue so we can assess it. We will consider any applicable statutory remedies.
Third-Party Transport Damage and Loss
SNAK Holdings (Pvt) Ltd does not accept responsibility for damage, breakage or loss arising solely during transportation after goods are handed over to a third-party courier, PickMe driver, transport service or bus parcel service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customers should check the transport provider’s terms for claims. This does not exclude mandatory legal obligations or responsibility for defects, incorrect supply or inadequate preparation for dispatch where applicable.
Customized Products and Printing
Customers should confirm artwork, dimensions, materials, colours and quantities before approving custom packaging or printing. Changes after production begins may not be possible and may involve additional agreed costs. Customers must have the rights to use any artwork or trademarks they provide.
Product Suitability
Customers should communicate intended applications and verify packaging suitability, including chemical compatibility, sealing, storage and any regulatory requirements. Product descriptions are not guarantees of compatibility for every formulation or use.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent enquiries. Original website content and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Applicable Law and Updates
These terms are subject to the laws of Sri Lanka, including applicable consumer-protection requirements. We may update website terms from time to time; changes will not retrospectively alter confirmed orders except where legally permitted or agreed.
